In class we have been practicing a mindful moment everyday, usually through MindYeti. Please find a link to mindyeti's youtube channel below. Students could practice a mindful moment for 3 o 7 minutes each day. There are many other mindfulness resources as well, you could try them as well.
In class we have been doing weekly lessons with SecondStep. This is a great program to helps students recognize feelings, name them, and calm down when needed. The link for parents to continue this at home, is on my home page.

Sign up at home for Go Noodle. There are dances, stretches, yoga, mindfulness, and even some curriculum based active learning opportunities.
